• Typically 600 – 1500 sqm plus with main road access and egress;
• Significant population within the 5km catchment area
• 1,000 car p/hr peak hour flows < 60km per hour
• Good visibility
• Near and far side road access
• Located in or near concentrated buyers on exit lanes (shopping centres, supermarkets, petrol stations)
